Your whole business, read against itself.
Marketing reads the homepage. Legal reads the terms. Engineering reads the build. AI engines, investors and regulators now read all of it, against each other, in minutes.
The Full Read does that first, on your side. Every finding comes back classed by who can fix it; then, if you want, we do the fixing and re-run the same instrument, so you end with a dated before-and-after rather than a report. From R25,000.

What we read
Each tool your team runs reads one slice of the business. The Full Read takes the whole public surface on the same day and checks each part against the others:
- The nine scored domains, on our own audit engine: security, SEO, AI visibility, performance, content, UX, technical, POPIA and email security.
- Your public claims, each traced to its source: registers, filings and your own documents.
- Your terms and policies, read against your marketing. A homepage that promises one thing beside terms that decline it is a finding.
- What the AI engines say when your buyers ask about your category, and who they name instead.
- What AI crawlers are actually served, route by route, using the crawlers’ own published user agents.3 Your
robots.txtisn’t the answer: on one full read, a site whoserobots.txtinvited 23 AI crawlers in served 16 of them an empty page. The crawlers don’t run JavaScript. In Vercel and MERJ’s study of AI crawler traffic, “none of the major AI crawlers currently render JavaScript.”1 - Your regulatory position, read the way a regulator would. Under POPIA, an administrative fine can reach R10 million.2
In the first three full reads, run in September 2026, the lead finding sat outside anything a scoring tool measures.
Three doors, one method
| Door | What it covers | Price | Timeline |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your own platformPlatform Remediation | The read (about 15 pages) and the action plan (about 6), every finding classed by who can fix it. Remediation is scoped on what the read finds and ends in a re-run of the same instrument. | R25,000Credited in full against remediation that starts within 30 days · remediation from R40,000 | Read and plan within a week of the brief; remediation two to six weeks |
| Against your competitorsCompetitive Position | Everything in the first door, plus three named competitors on the same instrument the same day, who the AI engines name in your category, and a plan ordered by the gap to the leader. | R25,000With three competitors · R4,000 for each further competitor, up to eight | About a week for three competitors; above five, a second week |
| A company you’re backingInvestor Due Diligence | For a fund, syndicate or angel with a named candidate: a verified fact-base and the questions it raises, walked through on a call. | $7,500$12,500 with a round verifying the company’s replies · rand on request | Three business days from the brief |
The investor door assesses the company, never the investment. It isn’t financial advice, and nothing in it recommends that you invest, or that you don’t.
Why it costs more than a desk audit
A website audit in South Africa can be bought for about R4,500. The Full Read starts at R25,000. The difference buys this:
- Claims checked, not just pages scored. Every public claim is traced to its source.
- Your terms against your marketing. The gap between them is where a careful reader looks first.
- The AI read, measured. The engines asked your buyers’ questions, and each AI crawler’s view of your site, route by route.
- Every finding classed by who can fix it. On two recent full reads, 35 of 58 and 39 of 56 findings were Class A or B: the company’s own team, hours to weeks.
- Signed by a CA(SA), with a section on where the report is weakest.
- The fee comes back. It’s credited in full against remediation that starts within 30 days, and the fix is proved by re-running the same instrument.
What you get
- The read, about 15 pages. It opens with what is genuinely good and ends with where it is weakest.
- The action plan, about 6 pages: every finding sorted by who can fix it and how fast.
- On the competitive door, the Competitive Position Report (about 11 pages) and a Plan to Lead (about 9).
- On the investor door, a Prospect Integrity Memo: what was verified, what wasn’t, and what was contradicted, walked through on a call.
A redacted specimen of the first two document sets is available once we’ve spoken.
How it starts
Usually through someone who knows us both. First comes a conversation and a free one-page read of where you stand: two or three findings from your own platform that you can check while we talk. That page is free. The full read is the work, agreed with you in writing before it starts. There’s nothing to buy online.
No introduction? Book the call anyway and tell us what prompted it.
What it is, and isn’t
Where our terms call this an audit, the word names the method, not a standard. The Full Read is not an audit, review or other assurance engagement under international or South African standards, and it gives no assurance. It sets out what we found, with the evidence beside each finding so you can check it.
