Auto Alpha Advisory (“we”, “us”) provides AI consulting, implementation, training, and advisory services as described on our website and in individual engagement agreements. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in a written proposal or statement of work agreed upon by both parties before work commences.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Auto Alpha Advisory and is protected by South African copyright law.
For client engagements: unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, all custom code, models, and deliverables created specifically for a client become the client's property upon full payment. Auto Alpha Advisory retains the right to reuse general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific tools.
The AI Advantage book and companion resources are provided free of charge for personal and business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of these materials. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free resources at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Payment terms are specified in individual engagement agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. We reserve the right to suspend work on overdue accounts.
Both parties agree to treat as confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between us.
Either party may terminate an engagement by providing 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the date of termination. All deliverables completed and paid for remain the client's property.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to mediation in Cape Town, South Africa. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
